Charles is a Board member of Faith Network for Manchester. He is also a minister and a keen advocate of Christian ecumenism. As an interfaith and multi-faith practitioner, Charles engages with a wide range of civic leaders, policymakers and commissioners of public services. He is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Caribbean & African Health Network (CAHN) and currently serves on a number of Boards including Command Prayer Centre Ministries Int, Manchester Street Pastors and Manchester City of Sanctuary. Charles has expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, systems & process development and change management. Professionally, he works as a management consultant, policy analyst, and business development manager. He advises statutory agencies and lead community engagement in the Black community on a range of topics including domestic violence, female genital mutilation, modern slavery, HIV, blood and organ donation.
